This agreement governs your participation as a seller on the Prompt.Doctor community marketplace. It supplements our general Terms of Service.
Any individual or entity aged 18 or older may apply to become a seller on Prompt.Doctor. You must have a valid Prompt.Doctor account in good standing and complete our seller onboarding process, including identity verification and payment setup via Stripe Connect.
Seller status is not automatic. All applications are reviewed by our team. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Approval does not guarantee any minimum sales volume or revenue.
Sellers must be located in a country supported by Stripe Connect for payouts. A current list of supported countries is available at stripe.com/global. Prompt.Doctor is not responsible for any tax, legal, or regulatory obligations in your jurisdiction.
A framework must be a structured, reusable system of prompts organized around a specific, clearly defined outcome. It must include: (a) a minimum of 3 distinct modules, (b) at least 20 individual prompts, (c) workflow documentation explaining how to use the system, and (d) at least 2 sample prompts demonstrating real-world application.
All submitted frameworks must: be original work owned by the submitter; be tested and verified to produce the described outcomes with at least one major AI tool; include accurate, non-misleading descriptions of capabilities and limitations; be free from plagiarism, copied content, or content generated by scraping other platforms.
Frameworks may not contain: prompts designed to generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content; content that violates third-party intellectual property rights; prompts that attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety systems, or manipulate AI models in ways that violate those models' terms of service; adult content, hate speech, or content targeting protected groups.
Every framework submission undergoes review within 48 hours of submission. Our team may request revisions before approval. Frameworks that do not meet quality standards will be rejected with written feedback. Sellers may resubmit revised frameworks after addressing feedback.
Published frameworks must remain accurate and functional. If an AI model update renders a framework significantly less effective, sellers are expected to update their framework within 30 days. Frameworks that generate sustained buyer complaints may be delisted pending review.
Sellers retain full ownership of all intellectual property in their submitted frameworks. By listing a framework on Prompt.Doctor, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, market, and distribute your framework to buyers on the platform.
By submitting a framework, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are the original creator and sole owner of all content in the framework; (b) the framework does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (c) you have not submitted the same framework content to competing platforms under exclusive agreements that would prevent listing here.
When a buyer purchases your framework, they receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the framework content for their own personal or commercial projects. Buyers may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute your framework content. You authorize Prompt.Doctor to grant this license to buyers on your behalf.
If you believe a framework on our platform infringes your intellectual property, submit a DMCA takedown notice to legal@prompt.doctor. We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Sellers who repeatedly infringe third-party IP will have their seller accounts permanently terminated.
Sellers may not: manipulate reviews or ratings through fake purchases, incentivized reviews, or review exchanges; misrepresent framework capabilities, outcomes, or compatibility; use misleading titles, descriptions, or screenshots; contact buyers outside the platform for commercial purposes without consent; submit frameworks that are substantially similar to existing listings (including your own) to inflate listing count.
Sellers are expected to respond to buyer support requests within 72 hours. Persistent non-responsiveness may result in reduced listing visibility or account suspension. All buyer communication must remain professional and constructive.
You may list your frameworks on other platforms. However, you may not use Prompt.Doctor buyer data, contact information, or platform communications to solicit buyers to purchase through competing channels.
We may suspend or terminate a seller account for: violation of these Seller Terms or the general Terms of Service; fraudulent activity or misrepresentation; sustained buyer complaints or low quality ratings; chargeback rates exceeding 1%; failure to maintain framework quality standards; any activity that harms the platform or its users.
In most cases, we will provide written notice and a 7-day cure period before suspension. For serious violations (fraud, IP infringement, harmful content), we may suspend immediately without notice. Sellers may appeal suspension decisions by emailing sellers@prompt.doctor within 14 days.
Upon termination, your frameworks will be delisted from the marketplace. Buyers who previously purchased your frameworks retain their licenses. Any earned but unpaid revenue will be paid on the next regular payout date, minus any outstanding refunds or chargebacks. You may not re-register as a seller after termination without written approval.
Prompt.Doctor is not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or outcomes of seller frameworks. We do not guarantee any minimum sales volume, revenue, or buyer satisfaction. Our liability to any seller is limited to the platform fees collected in the 3 months preceding any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt.Doctor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your frameworks or their use by buyers; your violation of these Seller Terms; any third-party intellectual property claims related to your content; your breach of any representation or warranty made herein.
These Seller Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, on an individual basis.
