Complete Agreement

What This Agreement Covers

This Orchestrator Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a certified AI Implementation Orchestrator on the Prompt.Doctor platform. It defines the relationship between you (the "Orchestrator") and Prompt.Doctor ("Platform", "we", "us"), covering your obligations, client relationships, compensation, refund policies, intellectual property rights, conduct standards, and the terms under which your Orchestrator account may be suspended or terminated.

Binding Nature

By activating an Orchestrator account, completing the Orchestrator onboarding process, or providing services to any client through the Prompt.Doctor platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the Orchestrator Program.

Relationship to Other Terms

This Agreement supplements and is incorporated into the Prompt.Doctor Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the general Terms of Service, this Agreement controls with respect to Orchestrator-specific matters. The Seller Agreement governs separately if you also list frameworks for sale on the marketplace.

Updates to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification and email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Orchestrator Program after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an update, you must notify us at orchestrators@prompt.doctor before the effective date and cease providing services through the platform.
